Job Summary
iOS Technical Lead – Job Description
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of native iOS applications using Swift, SwiftUI, Combine and UIKit.
Define application architecture, coding standards, and mobile development best practices.
Drive technical design discussions and provide solutions for complex business requirements.
Mentor and guide iOS developers through code reviews, technical coaching, and knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, QA, and Backend teams for successful delivery.
Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and stability.
Implement and oversee CI/CD pipelines and release management processes.
Integrate REST APIs, third-party SDKs, and cloud services.
Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
Lead Agile ceremonies, estimations, sprint planning, and technical roadmaps.
Promote engineering excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
Support hiring, onboarding, and capability development of mobile engineers.
Key Skills: Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit,Combine, MVVM, Clean Architecture, REST APIs, Async/Await, Core Data, XCTest, Xcode, Git, CI/CD, Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions, Agile, Team Leadership, Stakeholder Management.
