We’re looking for an entry-level, part-time IT support specialist to help our team remotely (US-based).
What You’ll Do
Provide first-line tech support to employees via chat, email, and video
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Set up user accounts, devices, and applications
Escalate complex issues to senior team members
What We’re Looking For
Basic familiarity with Windows and/or macOS
Comfort with common office and collaboration tools
Strong communication skills and a helpful attitude
Willingness to learn ā no formal experience required
