10 years of overall IT experience| with strong experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst in enterprise-scale implementations.
Strong Salesforce development background| with the ability to bridge business requirements and technical solution design.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning| Aura Components| and Apex development and customization.
Work closely with business stakeholders| product owners| architects| developers| and QA teams to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration| customization| data models| workflows| integrations| and application architecture.
Experience with Agile Scrum delivery| including backlog refinement| sprint planning| UAT support| defect analysis| and production implementation.
Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and or banking and financial services domain.
