Experience: 5 years experience with software development, basic coding and compilation, software architecture/design, user requirements definition and software specification development.
ā¢ MicroStrategy Developer with strong BI Architecture exposure to support a recent MicroStrategy upgrade and modernization efforts. This individual will serve as a technical leader, helping drive reporting solutions, mentor team members, and provide guidance on best practices across the BI environment.
ā¢ Strong hands-on experience with MicroStrategy development, administration, access/security setup, and reporting architecture.
ā¢ Experience supporting or leading MicroStrategy upgrades and migrations, preferably in cloud environments (AWS/Cloudera experience highly preferred).
ā¢ Advanced SQL skills are required; Python knowledge is preferred, particularly for AI-related initiatives.
ā¢ Ability to understand enterprise data ecosystems, identify data sources, and design scalable reporting solutions.
ā¢ Experience building executive dashboards, product analytics dashboards, and customer-facing reporting solutions.
ā¢ Capable of mentoring, training, and upskilling existing team members on MicroStrategy best practices.
ā¢ Experience with additional Business Intelligence (BI) tools is a plus.
ā¢ Exposure to AI-driven analytics or data initiatives is preferred.
ā¢ Healthcare/Payer industry experience is highly desirable but not mandatory.
ā¢ Self-motivated, proactive, and a true go-getter who can operate with minimal oversight.
