Role: Growth Development Specialist

Role Descriptions: The Growth Development Specialist works directly alongside the Audience Solutions and Automation teams to execute| scale| and release growth-business developments| tools| automations| and AIagentic workflow opportunities across the broader MMC organization. Unlike execution roles scoped to a single campaign playbook| this role sits at the intersection of engineering and growth it builds and deploys against a defined technical roadmap set by Audience SolutionsAutomation leadership| but requires working fluency in code| cloud infrastructure| release governance| and the martech stack to translate that roadmap into deployed| production-grade tooling. This is a build-and-scale role| not an architecture-ownership role the specialist implements| tests| phases| and releases what Audience SolutionsAutomation design| freeing those teams to focus on system architecture| AIagentic strategy| and cross-organizational integration. The role supports both the Solutions and Automation teams and is evaluated on release velocity| codeautomation quality| and reliability of released tools in production
