Job Title: AIML Lead Software Engineer

Job Description:

Experience implementing real-world projects using Generative AI, LLM fine-tuning, and RAG.
Experience implementing enterprise-level Agentic AI solutions using LangGraph, Google ADK, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.
Understanding of open-source and OpenAI LLMs and RAG architecture.
Experience with vector databases and embeddings.
Experience in Document AI, OCR, data extraction, and structured output creation.
Knowledge of supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning, deep learning, and NLP.
Familiarity with NLP literature, research areas, conference venues, and code repositories.
Experience with Streamlit, Flask, FastAPI, REST APIs, and Docker containers.
Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, SQL, and programming languages for data analysis and modeling, with at least 3+ years of experience.
Proficiency with libraries such as OpenAI API.
Experience with cloud development environments such as Azure, AWS, and GCP.
Understanding of LLMs and LLM deployment.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and recommending solutions.
