Essential Skills :
“Provide 24×7 support for Production (E3) and lower environments; act as the first point of contact for
database incidents, restore service, perform troubleshooting, and route issues when required.
Manage database startups, shutdowns, restarts, instance failover, switchover, parameter changes, and
pre/post maintenance validations.
Monitor database availability, alert logs, OEM alerts, health checks, and infrastructure-related issues;
perform root cause analysis for Sev1 and Sev2 incidents.
Troubleshoot database and SQL performance using AWR, ASH, explain plans, locks, deadlocks, blocking
sessions, and long-running session reports.
Manage database, tablespace, ASM, archive log, backup, Oracle Home, and OS filesystem capacity;
