Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Gen AI Engineer / AI-ML Engineer with strong Java Full Stack, Kafka, and GenAI expertise. The candidate will design and develop scalable enterprise applications while integrating modern AI/ML, LLM, and RAG solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective technical solutions.
Work closely with Product and Development teams to understand requirements and break features into actionable stories.
Own features from technical design through development and delivery.
Develop and maintain applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, Angular, and Kafka.
Design and integrate GenAI, LLM, RAG, and AI/ML solutions into enterprise applications.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders and provide technical guidance to team members.
Drive modernization of application technology stacks and solve complex technical problems.
Participate in Agile development and project delivery.
Required Skills

5–7+ years of experience in software engineering/AI-ML.
Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Java Full Stack development.
Experience with Kafka and event-driven architecture.
Experience with React, Angular, TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js, and GraphQL.
Experience with Camunda and web components/Parcel.
Strong Python programming skills.
Experience with AI/ML, GenAI, LLMs, and RAG architectures.
Experience with LLM evaluation frameworks.
Knowledge of ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Experience with Snowflake/Big Data for reporting and analytics.
Experience integrating AI solutions with Azure services, including Azure Document Intelligence.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Healthcare industry experience.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
