Job Title : FullStack Lead

Location : Menlo Park, CA (Hybrid)

Duration : 12+ Months

Job Description :

Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

· Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.

· Develop and maintain automated tests and contribute to continuous integration and deployment processes.

· Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Strong professional experience in Full Stack Development.

· Proficiency in PHP and Hack.

· Strong experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript development.

· Proficiency in Python for backend development, automation, or services.

· Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.

· Strong understanding of frontend development, responsive design, and web application architecture.

· Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar relational databases.

· Familiarity with Git and modern software development workflows.

· Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience working with large-scale, highly available web applications.

· Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

· Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

· Experience with Docker and containerized applications.

· Knowledge of microservices and distributed systems.

· Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
