Senior Project Manager

Job Summary
Experienced Senior Project Manager responsible for leading large IT projects through planning, execution, and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

·         Manage the full project lifecycle

·         Develop project plans, schedules, estimates, and budgets

·         Track milestones, risks, issues, and scope changes

·         Prepare status reports, metrics, and communications

·         Coordinate teams, vendors, testing, and implementation

·         Ensure compliance with project management standards and procedures

Required Skills and Certification

·         7+ years of relevant experience

·         Active PMP certification for 5+ years

·         Strong experience in project planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication

·         Strong interpersonal and communication skills

·         Must be a current Pennsylvania resident

Preferred Skills and Certification

·         Experience implementing SaaS solutions

·         Background in Public Health with emphasis on Drug and Alcohol Programs

Scheduling

·         Onsite in Harrisburg 1 day/month
