CFD Engineer

Key Requirements:

5-7 years of experience in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) Analysis
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
Hands-on experience with ANSYS Fluent and/or OpenFOAM
Strong expertise in Fluid Flow, Heat Transfer, Thermodynamics, Aero Thermal Analysis, and CFD Simulations
Experience developing, validating, and verifying CFD models using experimental and theoretical data
Ability to analyze simulation results and provide design optimization recommendations
Experience supporting construction equipment, heavy equipment, or earthmoving equipment is preferred
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Responsibilities:

Perform CFD analysis related to fluid flow, heat transfer, aerodynamics, acoustics, and thermal management
Develop and execute simulation models using Fluent/OpenFOAM
Validate simulation results and provide engineering recommendations
Support product design, testing, and performance improvement activities
Participate in project review meetings and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams
Prepare technical reports, presentations, and analysis documentation
