Job Description
We are seeking an experienced MongoDB Administrator to design, manage, optimize, and support scalable MongoDB environments in an enterprise production environment.

Responsibilities
Administer and support MongoDB databases in production environments.
Manage Replica Sets, replication, sharding, backup/recovery, and high availability. Perform performance tuning, query optimization, and indexing.
Troubleshoot database performance, connectivity, replication, and production issues. Perform MongoDB upgrades, migrations, patching, and configuration.
Implement MongoDB security, authentication, authorization, and access controls.
Monitor database health, capacity, performance, and availability.
Develop automation using Python and/or Shell scripting.
Collaborate with application, DevOps, infrastructure, and data teams.

Required Skills
Strong hands-on MongoDB Administration experience.
Expertise in Replication, Replica Sets, Sharding, Indexing, and Performance Tuning.
Strong knowledge of Backup/Restore and Disaster Recovery.
Experience with MongoDB security and production troubleshooting.
Linux/Unix administration experience.
Python/Shell scripting for automation.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
Banking/financial services experience is preferred.
