Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with strong experience in the Banking & Financial Services domain to drive product requirements, collaborate with business and technology teams, and deliver solutions in an Agile environment.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience as a Product Owner / Business Product Owner in Banking or Financial Services.
- Strong client-facing experience within banking/financial services projects.
- Hands-on experience with SWIFT and banking payment processes.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience creating and managing user stories, acceptance criteria, product backlogs, and requirements.
- Work closely with stakeholders, developers, QA, and business teams to define and prioritize requirements.
- Experience participating in Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a 3-days onsite hybrid environment in Charlotte, NC.
