Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Delivery Lead with 15+ years of overall IT experience and extensive expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem. The role involves leading large-scale Salesforce implementations, driving solution architecture, managing delivery teams, and ensuring successful execution of Salesforce programs aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical knowledge, leadership capability, and strong stakeholder management skills to deliver high-quality enterprise Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Delivery Management
Lead end-to-end Salesforce program delivery, ensuring solutions meet business goals, timelines, and quality standards.
Manage and mentor Salesforce developers, administrators, QA testers, and technical leads.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define strategy, roadmap, and platform capabilities.
Ensure alignment of Salesforce initiatives with enterprise architecture and digital transformation strategies.
Provide leadership in Agile delivery, sprint planning, and release management.
Solution Architecture & Design
Define and review Salesforce solution architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Guide teams on best practices for Apex development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and platform configuration.
Design enterprise-grade integration architecture between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and middleware platforms.
Ensure optimal data modeling, security architecture, and governance standards.
Technical Oversight
Review technical designs, code quality, and development standards.
Provide guidance on performance optimization, governor limit management, and scalable architecture patterns.
Oversee CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and environment management.
Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and enterprise governance policies.
Stakeholder & Program Management
Work closely with business leaders, product owners, and enterprise architects to translate strategic requirements into technical solutions.
Communicate project progress, risks, and mitigation plans to senior management.
Drive continuous improvement in development processes, testing strategies, and delivery practices.
Required Skills
Extensive expertise in Salesforce platform architecture and development.
Strong hands-on knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and Salesforce configuration.
Experience designing large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations.
Deep understanding of Salesforce security model, data architecture, and platform governance.
Experience with integration patterns, APIs, and middleware platforms.
Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools, Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading multi-team Salesforce programs or digital transformation initiatives.
Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud implementations.
Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) are highly desirable.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
