Required Qualifications
15+ years of industry and consulting experience with ERP and Finance transformation programs.
Deep functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.
Proven experience conducting discovery workshops, assessments, and business process transformation initiatives.
Strong consulting mindset with the ability to challenge, advise, and influence business stakeholders.
Experience working directly with CXOs, CFOs, Finance leaders, and executive steering committees.
Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong understanding of finance operations, controls, compliance, and reporting processes.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in global D365 F&O implementations, rollouts, or transformation programs.
Technical understanding of D365 F&O architecture, integrations, extensions, data migration, security, and reporting.
Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform, Azure integrations, and Copilot capabilities.
Relevant Microsoft certifications such as MB-310, MB-300, or MB-700.
Functional knowledge across adjacent F&O areas such as Procurement, Supply Chain, Project Operations, or Manufacturing.
Ideal Candidate Profile
A trusted advisor who combines deep D365 Finance functional expertise with strong consulting capabilities, executive presence, and the ability to lead business transformation conversations with senior client stakeholders. Technical awareness of the D365 platform is highly desirable and will be considered a distinct advantage.
