Electronic Systems Engineer

Exp range: 5+
Required Qualifications:
∙Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,
or related field
∙5+ years of experience with ECMs, controls validation and verification, and electronic tools
∙Experience with Cummins tools (Calterm, INSITE, Calibration Data Management, and Rules
Development Environment) and the C2ST database.
∙Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
∙Strong ability to translate business and customer requirements into detailed technical
requirements.
∙Experience working across multiple engineering disciplines and organizations
∙Experience with requirements management and technical documentation
∙Excellent communication and project coordination skills
Preferred qualifications:
∙Experience with RV&S for requirements management.
∙Experience performing bench or hardware-in-the-loop testing
∙Experience creating flow charts, system context diagrams, and boundary diagrams using
Visio, Microsoft Word, or similar tools.
∙Good understanding of system interfaces, dependencies, functional decomposition, and
requirements traceability.
∙Ability to manage complexity, make sound technical decisions, and deliver quality results
within committed timelines.
