GitLab Duo Hands-on Engineer

We are looking for a hands-on engineer to design, configure and implement GitLab Duo–enabled AI development workflows that improve developer productivity and accelerate the software delivery lifecycle.
Experience
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or platform engineering
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with GitLab Duo
• Strong experience with GitLab CI/CD, source-code management and DevSecOps
Key Responsibilities
• Configure and implement GitLab Duo capabilities across the SDLC
• Build AI-assisted workflows for coding, code review, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting
• Design and optimize GitLab CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows
• Integrate GitLab with enterprise engineering, security, and observability tools
• Establish security controls, governance, and responsible-AI practices
• Measure adoption, developer productivity, and engineering outcomes
• Troubleshoot implementation issues and support enterprise-scale rollouts
Required Skills
GitLab Duo, GitLab CI/CD, Git, DevSecOps, APIs, scripting, cloud platforms, containers, and Kubernetes. Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-collaboration skills are essential.
