Quality Manufacturing Engineer – Plant Operation

Must Have Skills:
8+ years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment, preferably in
HVAC, refrigeration, or industrial equipment production or strong co-op/internship experience in
manufacturing.
Strong problem-solving skills and experience with tools such as 8D, FMEA, RCCA, and Six Sigma
methodologies.
Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and experience with ISO 9001 compliance.
Familiarity with measurement tools, GD&T, and blueprint interpretation.
Hands-on experience with manufacturing processes such as welding, brazing, assembly, and
testing.
