Job Description

Architect, build, and optimize scalable enterprise cloud data warehouses, data lakes, and lakehouse platforms.
Design robust Snowflake architectures using Snowpipe, Dynamic Tables, Streams, Tasks, Data Sharing, and Snowpark.
Lead end-to-end ETL/ELT data integration strategies.
Architect scalable data pipelines using dbt, Apache Airflow, Azure Data Factory, Informatica, or Talend.
Establish conceptual, logical, and physical data models for high-throughput analytical workloads.
Optimize Snowflake query performance, warehouse sizing, and storage costs.
Implement enterprise data governance, metadata management, and security patterns.
Implement Role-Based Access Control, row-level security, and data masking.
Partner with BI engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into scalable technical pipelines.
Modernize legacy data warehouses and migrate platforms to cloud environments.
Design batch and real-time streaming ingestion and API-driven integrations.
Integrate Snowflake with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
Apply expert-level SQL tuning, data warehousing principles, and schema optimization.
Support CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Infrastructure as Code.
Required Skills

10+ years of experience in data engineering, enterprise architecture, or large-scale data modeling.
4+ years of hands-on Snowflake experience.
Strong ETL/ELT experience.
Expert SQL and data warehouse experience.
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience with cloud data architecture and data modeling.
Experience with CI/CD, Git, and Infrastructure as Code.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Preferred Skills

SnowPro Advanced Architect or SnowPro Core certification.
Experience modernizing on-premise legacy platforms to cloud platforms.
Experience with dbt, Airflow, Azure Data Factory, Informatica, or Talend.
Experience with Snowpipe, Dynamic Tables, Streams, Tasks, Data Sharing, and Snowpark.
