Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Front-End Developer to help evolve our enterprise design system. In this role, you will architect and develop foundational components, improve theming and accessibility, and help manage the full lifecycle of a component library used across multiple applications.

You will work closely with designers, developers, product partners, and quality engineers to translate design intent into reliable, reusable solutions.

We are looking for a self-directed engineer who combines strong architectural judgment with attention to implementation detail. This role is ideal for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact on the quality, consistency, and efficiency of product development.

What You’ll Bring

• 8+ years of front-end development experience, including substantial experience with design systems or enterprise component libraries.
• Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Deep experience with Angular and a strong understanding of React integration and usage patterns.
• Extensive experience developing and maintaining Web Components.
• Advanced CSS expertise, including custom properties, responsive design, preprocessors, theming systems, variable stacking, and color architecture.
• Demonstrated experience scaling component libraries across multiple products or development teams.
• Strong knowledge of semantic HTML, WAI-ARIA, keyboard interaction, responsive behavior, and accessible component development.
• Experience with component testing, visual regression testing, browser compatibility, and front-end performance.
• Strong knowledge of package management, semantic versioning, dependency management, release workflows, and production deployment.
• Experience documenting technical decisions, component APIs, implementation patterns, and usage guidance.
• A sharp eye for visual and interactive details, including spacing, typography, states, motion, responsiveness, and consistency.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A collaborative mindset and experience working closely with UX, visual, interaction, accessibility, and product professionals.
