Role Summary
· Seeking a Principal Architect – Generative AI with 15+ years of experience to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale GenAI, Conversational AI, and Agentic AI solutions on cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities
· Architect and deliver production-grade GenAI and Agentic AI solutions.
· Design multi-agent systems using LangGraph, CrewAI, ADK, and RAG architectures.
· Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and data platforms.
· Lead technical discovery sessions and advise customers on AI transformation.
· Define AI observability, governance, performance, and security standards.
· Mentor engineering teams and drive best practices for AI adoption.

· 15+ years in Software Engineering/Architecture

· GCP, Vertex AI, Gemini
· RAG & Vector Databases

· Master's/PhD in CS, AI, or related field
· Telecom or Contact Center domain experience
