DATA Project/Program Manager with Scrum Master Snowflake
Location Hartford, Connecticut onsite
Insurance Domain experience is required min 2 years.
Looking for an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in Snowflake Data Engineering Data Warehousing and Cloud Data Modernization projects The candidate will drive Agile delivery manage stakeholders and ensure successful execution of data initiatives
Key Responsibilities
Lead Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning Standups Reviews and Retrospectives
Remove impediments and manage risks dependencies and escalations
Work closely with Product Owners Architects Data Engineers and business stakeholders
Track Agile metrics and ensure ontime delivery
Drive continuous improvement and Agile best practices
Provide regular project status and stakeholder communication
Required Skills
11-15 years of overall IT experience with 5 years as a Scrum Master
Strong expertise in Agile Scrum and SAFe methodologies
Experience delivering Snowflake Data Warehouse Data Lake ETLELT and Data Migration projects
Good understanding of Snowflake architecture data modeling and cloud platforms AWSAzure
Handson experience with Jira Azure DevOps or similar Agile tools
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred
CSM PSM SAFe Scrum Master certification
Experience in Data Modernization and Cloud Migration programs
Insurance domain experience is a plus
