Experience

11–15+ years of HCM experience.
At least 6+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud experience.
Minimum 4 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projects.
At least 2+ Talent Management implementations.
Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Solution Architect to lead the overall HCM solution for a US-based Oracle Fusion HCM implementation.

The selected candidate will:

Serve as the primary Solution Architect across all HCM workstreams.
Provide solution governance and design oversight.
Manage key stakeholder relationships.
Independently lead the Talent Management workstream.
Provide executive-level solution leadership while remaining hands-on with Talent Management configuration and implementation.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable acting as the overall HCM Solution Architect while simultaneously owning and delivering the Talent Management track end-to-end.
