Responsibilities:
Strong oral/written communication skills.
Work with the business team to understand the requirements.
Work in the Agile methodology (SCRUM).
Collaborate with the team to work on developing new features.
Lead and participate in high-level design sessions and collaborate with Business on best practices and solutions that maximize client needs.
Constantly challenge the status quo and bring operational excellence to the team to raise the bar.
Educational Qualification:
Specific Responsibilities:
This role requires an understanding of mapping legacy or home-grown data platforms and modernization or migration to a cloud-native data platform. Understanding of AWS cloud systems is critical.
A minimum of 10 years of hands-on expertise in AWS, Python, PySpark, Spark SQL, ETL frameworks, data engineering, API integrations, and security and authentication mechanisms.
Extensive experience designing, developing, and optimizing solutions using AWS Glue, Lambda, and other AWS services.
Must have hands-on experience in testing frameworks and tools.
Experience using DevOps, version control tools, and repositories (GitHub, AWS-based CI/CD pipelines).
Strong background in deployment methodologies and post-production support.
Reviewing code, design, and providing expertise in the development and integration of data processing systems.
Implementing proactive POCs aligned with resolving client issues.
