Role: Workday HCM Lead Consultant
​Location: Remote (USA) – must be able to work Mountain Time hours

Key responsibilities include functional and configuration support across Workday modules, managing client tickets end-to-end (incidents, enhancements, requests), root-cause analysis, direct stakeholder interaction, and support for releases and regression testing.
