✔️ 9+ years of experience in platform engineering and data solutions
✔️ Strong hands-on experience with Databricks, including Workspaces, Notebooks, and Jobs
✔️ Strong programming experience with Python and SQL
✔️ Experience with modern CI/CD practices
✔️ Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
✔️ Terraform experience strongly preferred
✔️ Experience with Data Governance and Observability
✔️ Hands-on experience with Unity Catalog, Data Lineage, and Monitoring
✔️ Experience with Apache Airflow for orchestration
✔️ AI fluency and experience using AI agents as part of the software development lifecycle
✔️ Experience with Claude Code is preferred
✔️ Strong experience in the Financial Services domain
