Role: ETL Onshore Lead
Work location: Chicago, IL – (Hybrid/Remote)
Note: Need to visit office during PI meetings and project need
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Data Warehouse and ETL solutions across multiple business initiatives.
- Manage and coordinate both RTB (Run the Business) and CTB (Change the Business) teams, ensuring smooth execution of support and project deliverables.
- Drive delivery of small to medium-sized data warehouse projects from requirements gathering through deployment and post-production support.
- Serve as the primary onshore lead, coordinating between business stakeholders, downstream application teams, and offshore delivery teams.
- ETL testing, data integration, data quality, and governance activities.
- Lead production support activities, incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in and coordinate downstream testing activities, including SIT, UAT, data reconciliation, and defect management.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development and support teams.
- Ensure timely execution of deliverables while maintaining quality, compliance, and operational standards.
- Engage with business users and technology teams to align data solutions with enterprise objectives.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Data Warehousing and ETL delivery.
- Proven experience managing RTB and CTB teams.
- Hands-on expertise in SQL and data integration concepts.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and distributed teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of the Insurance domain (Policy, Claims, Billing, Underwriting, etc.).
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Working knowledge of Python.
- Experience with Guidewire applications and integrations.
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
