🏢 Work Model: 3 Days Onsite + 2 Days Remote
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager / Process Improvement professional to support IT Department in developing and strengthening policies, procedures, internal controls, audits, and IT communications programs.

Project Management & Business Process Modeling
MS Visio & Process Mapping
Lean Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement
Root Cause Analysis & Value Stream Mapping
SOP Development & Process Documentation
Kaizen / CI Events
Microsoft Office, SharePoint & Project
Strong analytical, leadership & communication skills
Experience with public mass transit operations is a plus
⭐ Preferred: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt certification
