New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineer – HVAC Air Handling Units

Owatonna, MN(Day One Onsite)

Exp:4-10+ years of NPI of commercial HVAC equipment

Technical Skills

• 3D CAD modeling (SolidWorks, Inventor, or Creo).

• Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication (CNC punching, laser cutting, press brake forming) and structural welding.

• Understanding of air handler sub-assemblies (coils, DX systems, chilled water loops, EC/plug fans, filter racks).

Understanding of Sensors and adequate use

• Familiarity with electrical panel wiring and low/high-voltage testing

Quality & Lean

Hands-on experience with DFM/DFA, FMEA, standard work

Certifications (Preferred)

Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, PMP
