Role : Java Technical lead
Location : Atlanta, GA ( Onsite )
Job Type : Long Term Contract
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications and platforms.

 Define technical architecture, coding standards, and engineering best practices.

Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, Program Managers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Provide technical direction and mentorship to software engineers and development teams.
-
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality, security, and performance standards.
-
Drive system design discussions and technology selection decisions.
-
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
-
Ensure scalability, reliability, maintainability, and performance of applications.
-
Contribute to roadmap planning, effort estimation, and technical risk assessment.
-
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence.
-
Support DevOps practices, CI/CD implementation, and cloud adoption initiatives.
-
Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements where applicable.
Required Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

8+ years of software development experience with at least 2-3 years in a technical leadership role.

Strong expertise in designing and developing enterprise applications.

Hands-on experience with modern programming languages such as Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript, or similar.

Strong understanding of software architecture patterns, microservices, APIs, and cloud-native applications.

Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
-
Experience in distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and container technologies.
-
Exposure to AI/ML, Data Engineering, or Digital Transformation programs is a plus.
-
Relevant certifications in Cloud, Architecture, or Agile methodologies are preferred.
