Job Title: Business Systems Analyst (Strong Healthcare domain experienced)
Location- 100% Remote (Travel once in quarter to Portland OR. Travel expense Client will take care)

Job Description:
They will step into the analytics enablement squad to assist with discovery of data product design, writing up technical documentation, source-to-target (STM) mapping, submitting appropriate requests, conducting product data validation and working with multiple product managers to ensure alignment.

Specific technologies to be used:
- SQL & Data Analysis
- Advanced SQL for complex queries, optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Query performance tuning and optimization.
- Data validation and quality assessment using SQL.
- Experience in Snowflake and/or postgres database is preferable
- Documentation & Process Tools
- Confluence or similar enterprise documentation platforms.
- Process mapping and technical documentation.
- Enterprise Data Product Development
- Building complex, multi-source datasets for enterprise consumption
- Designing data models that support analytical insights and business intelligence.
- Creating reusable data assets (views, tables, data marts) for cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of dimensional modeling and star/snowflake schemas.
- Experience translating business requirements into scalable data solutions.
Desired Skills: (Nice to have)
- Subject Matter Familiarity with enterprise data, preferably in Snowflake
- Comfort using AI as part of day-to-day work
- Healthcare/Insurance Domain
- Understanding of claims data (medical, pharmacy) – Working Knowledge
- Healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) – Exposure
- Data System Migration Work
