Guidewire Claimcenter Integration Lead at San Antonio, TX

Role Description:
Candidate should have 8+ years of Guidewire integration and configuration experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter and be able to start working on new integration and configuration enhancements from day one.

Essential Skills:
• 8+ years of Guidewire ClaimCenter experience
• 5+ years of Guidewire Integration experience
• Strong experience with Guidewire Cloud and InsuranceSuite
• Guidewire ACE / Associate Developer Certification preferred
• Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain experience
• Familiarity with Claims lifecycle, FNOL, Exposure, Financials, WorkPlans, Activities, and vendor integrations

Desirable Skills:
• Guidewire Cloud Platform experience
• AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudWatch)
• CI/CD implementation using Jenkins, Git/Bitbucket, SonarQube, TeamCity
• DevSecOps practices

Role Responsibilities:
• Attend daily scrum meetings to gather requirements from product owners
• Analyze requirements, create designs, and present them to architects for approval
• Develop code and assign tasks to the offshore team
• Conduct offshore handoff calls and take full ownership of delivery for both onshore and offshore teams
