Skill 2 – 7Yrs of Exp – PowerBI, Data Modeling, Sox Compliance
Skill 3 – 5Yrs of Exp in IT
Job Summary
· 7+ years of experience with Databricks, Microsoft Fabric & Semantic Layer
· 7+ years of experience with Power BI, Data Modeling & SOX Compliance
· 5+ years of IT experience
· Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, Lakehouses, Direct Lake, Dataflows Gen2 & Data Pipelines
· Expertise in Power BI Semantic Models, DAX, Composite Models, Aggregations & Incremental Refresh
· Experience with RLS, OLS, dataset certification, workspace governance & sensitivity labels
· Strong understanding of SOX compliance, audit trails, access controls, change management & data lineage
· Experience with Databricks and enterprise data architecture
· Experience integrating third-party BI platforms such as Tableau, Qlik Sense, MicroStrategy & Grafana
· Knowledge of XMLA endpoints, live connections, security passthrough & performance tuning
· Experience with Anthropic Claude, Azure OpenAI or other AI/LLM integrations is a plus
· Strong solution architecture, stakeholder management and technical advisory skills
