Job Title:Consent & MarTech Privacy Management (CPM) Solutions Engineer
Location: Phoenix, AZ – Onsite
Job Description:
We are looking for a Privacy Technology Solutions Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Consent Management Platforms (CMP), Digital Analytics, MarTech, and enterprise privacy solutions.
Must-Have Skills
10+ years of experience in Digital Analytics, MarTech, or Data Engineering
5+ years of hands-on Consent Management Platform (CMP) experience
Strong experience with OneTrust, Ketch, Syrenis, Cookiebot, or Didomi
Experience with GTM, Tealium, and Adobe Launch
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, and SQL
Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, IAB TCF 2.2, and GPC
Hands-on experience with Google Consent Mode v2
Experience with GA4, Meta CAPI, Google Ads, and Meta Pixel
Experience with Segment / Tealium
Experience with Server-Side Tagging
Understanding of privacy-safe identity and data solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement enterprise consent and privacy solutions.
Integrate CMP platforms with analytics, marketing, and tag-management technologies.
Configure consent signals and privacy controls across digital properties
Support Google Consent Mode v2, IAB TCF 2.2, GPC, and applicable privacy regulations.
Troubleshoot tagging, tracking, consent, and data-collection issues.
Partner with Privacy, Marketing, Analytics, and Engineering teams to implement privacy-by-design solutions.
