Essential Skills: 
We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Developer to design, develop, implement, and support Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and/or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC). The candidate will be responsible for application onboarding, workflow development, connector integration, access governance, identity lifecycle management, and automation of identity-related processes while ensuring compliance and security requirements are met.

Role Description: 
SailPoint Development & Configuration
• Design, develop, and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions based on business requirements.
• Develop and customize SailPoint workflows, rules, forms, email templates, and business processes.
• Configure Identity Lifecycle Management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) processes.
• Develop provisioning and de-provisioning workflows across enterprise applications.
• Configure and manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), business roles, IT roles, and entitlements. Application Onboarding & Integration
• Onboard applications using connectors such as Active Directory, LDAP, JDBC, Delimited File, Web Services, SAP, Oracle, and cloud applications.
• Configure application schemas, correlation rules, identity mappings, and provisioning policies.
• Integrate SailPoint with HR systems, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, ServiceNow, and third-party applications.
• Configure automated account aggregation, reconciliation, and identity refresh processes. Access Governance & Compliance
• Implement and manage access request workflows and approval processes.
• Configure certification campaigns including Manager, Application Owner, and Role Owner certifications.
• Implement Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies and compliance controls.
• Support audit, SOX, PCI-DSS, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Generate governance and compliance reports for audit and security teams. Development & Customization
• Develop custom rules using Java, Beanshell, and SailPoint APIs.
• Customize workflows, task definitions, reports, and user interfaces.
• Create and maintain reusable components and automation scripts.
• Support CI/CD processes using Git and deployment tools.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards. Migration, Upgrade & Deployment
• Support SailPoint platform upgrades, migrations, and patch implementations.
• Perform impact analysis and remediation of deprecated APIs and custom components.
• Deploy SailPoint changes across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
• Execute post-deployment validation and troubleshooting activities.

Production Support & Troubleshooting
• Investigate and resolve provisioning failures, aggregation issues, workflow errors, and connector-related problems.
• Analyze SailPoint logs and application server logs for troubleshooting.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
• Support ServiceNow incidents, requests, and change management activities.
• Monitor scheduled tasks, certifications, aggregations, and provisioning jobs to ensure platform stability.

Collaboration & Documentation
• Work closely with business stakeholders, security teams, application owners, and infrastructure teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and release activities.
• Develop technical design documents, configuration guides, SOPs, and implementation documentation.
• Provide knowledge transfer and mentoring to junior team members.
