I read public short-form comment threads the way a recruiter reads a requisition. After a product clip goes live I map pinned notes versus the next twenty replies, then list the repeating questions: refunds, overlay bugs, missing size charts. That list is what a community or support hire actually walks into on Monday.
Recent example: two restaurant clips, same dish, two cities. One thread argued about parking. The other argued about portion size. The caption did not mention either. I keep that kind of walkthrough in a shared sheet so a hiring manager can see the objections before they staff a weekend launch.
