Requirements:

• BSA
• Experience with analyzing cross-functional requirements
• Understanding of Call Center IVR / Agentic AI-based applications
• Experience translating high-level requirements into techno-functional requirements based on Solution Architecture
• Good understanding of Gen AI and Agentic AI capabilities
• Understanding of Agentic AI Evals
• Business Analyst Onshore Experience with analyzing cross-functional requirements
• Understanding of Call Center IVR / Agentic AI-based applications
• Experience translating high-level requirements into techno-functional requirements based on Solution Architecture
• Good understanding of Gen AI and Agentic AI capabilities
• Understanding of Agentic AI Evals
• Experience in Carelon SCS Applications and business processes is preferred.
• Understanding of Voice / Chat AI Agents is preferred

 

In compliance with the salary transparency law, the expected pay range for this role is $50 – 60/hr. Actual compensation depends on experience and interview evaluation.
