Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile/Scrum practices and support cross-functional development teams. The candidate should have strong experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for sprint planning, backlog management, tracking, and reporting.
Key Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Hands-on Azure DevOps (ADO) experience is mandatory.
Experience managing sprints, backlogs, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Must be willing to work onsite in Raleigh, NC.
