Business Analyst with NetSuite and Coupa – Mountain View, CA

Role : Business Analyst

Location : Mountain View, CA 94041 (Onsite)



 

Job Description:

This will primarily be a functional, business-facing role (BSA)- 

Strong ability to work with business users and translate their needs into effective system solutions.

NetSuite functional support and procurement systems.

Experience in Coupa or a similar procurement platform is highly desirable.

Person doesn't have to code, but should have good hands-on knowledge of NetSuite and the procurement system.

The individual will split their time equally: approximately 50% on day-to-day operational support and 50% on delivering improvements across our finance systems.



This includes gathering business requirements, designing and validating solutions, and partnering with technical teams to deliver small to medium enhancements in NetSuite and our procurement platforms (ZIP and BrickBuy, our custom procurement solution built on Databricks).

The role will also work closely with business users to troubleshoot issues, ensure system stability and upkeep, and support improvements. 

Role requires a balance of technical and functional expertise, analytical thinking, and good communication skills.
