Job Title: Junior Scrum Master
Location: San Antonio, TX or Plano, TX
Duration: 6 Months
Rate: $45/hr on C2C – Fixed

Must Have Skills:

Scrum & Agile Methodologies
Technical Background
Facilitation and Coaching Skills
CI/CD and DevOps Understanding
Agile Metrics / AMP Metrics

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Remove team impediments and technical blockers
• Coach and mentor Agile teams
• Support Product Owners with backlog management
• Promote continuous improvement and Agile best practices
• Support up to 3 Agile teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams
• Drive technical excellence and adoption of DevOps and CI/CD practices

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies
• Strong technical understanding of software development workflows
• Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Agile frameworks
• Familiarity with Agile Metrics Portal (AMP) metrics is preferred
