Role: Data Architect

Location: Richardson, TX {Onsite 4 days office (Mon- Thu)}

Duration: Long Term Contract

Pay Range: $80-85/hr. on C2C

Role Descriptions:

Key responsibilities include designing| developing| and supporting ELT pipelines using Snowflake and dbt. The role involves building dbt models and managing incremental models and snapshots. Candidates will be responsible for writing and optimizing complex SQL queries and implementing data quality checks. Troubleshooting production data issues and optimizing Snowflake warehouse usage are also critical tasks. Collaboration with business analysts and application teams to deliver trusted data products is essential.

Essential Skills: Good to have skills include knowledge of data quality checks and reconciliation processes. Familiarity with CI/CD practices and DataOps is beneficial. Experience with advanced SQL techniques and troubleshooting production issues is a plus. Understanding of data governance and compliance regulations can enhance a candidates profile. Knowledge of cloud services and data warehousing concepts is also advantageous.Must have skills include strong experience with Snowflake and dbt| as well as proficiency in SQL and Python. Candidates should have a solid background in data engineering principles and practices. Experience in building ELT pipelines and data modeling is essential. Familiarity with performance tuning and production support is also required. Recent hands-on coding experience is mandatory.
