Location: Lansing, MI or Farmington Hills, MI (Local with local DL only)
These are hybrid 4 days per week onsite in Farmington Hills, MI or at the HQ in Okemos, MI.

Need LinkedIn, VISA DL
EAD must be valid for next 1 year minimum

Summary We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer – AI-Assisted Development. The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience and be a strong problem solver with excellent analytical reasoning and critical thinking skills. The candidate should be a forward thinker with a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to communicate ideas clearly. In addition, the ideal candidate should demonstrate strong proficiency in leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot or similar coding agents) to improve development efficiency, code quality, and delivery timelines. A strong technical foundation is required to effectively generate, validate, and deliver production-ready code.
