Rate: $40/hr on C2C

 

• Seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer with 7+ years of experience in both manual and automated software testing.
• Perform comprehensive test planning, test case development, execution, regression testing, and validation across multiple application releases.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated tests using Selenium, TestComplete, Playwright, or similar QA automation tools.
• Conduct API testing to validate application functionality, integrations, data flow, and system reliability.
• Identify, document, track, and manage defects using Jira, ServiceNow, or comparable defect management tools.
• Collaborate with Agile development teams, product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Support quality assurance activities within structured, compliance-driven, or highly regulated environments.
• Apply accessibility testing practices based on WCAG and Section 508 standards; government or public sector experience is strongly preferred.
• Contribute to performance testing, release validation, risk assessment, and continuous improvement of QA processes.
• Participate in two client interviews: one virtual technical interview and one coding session; strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills are required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in government/public sector projects, accessibility testing, performance testing, and regulated environments.
