Note: Need solid exp on the following Property & Casualty (P&C), Commercial Insurance, Specialty Insurance, or Reinsurance
Govern COTS PAS implementation (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco)
Senior program leader to own end-to-end delivery of underwriting transformation initiatives with 20+ Years of experience-specifically the implementation and scaling of low-code/no-code (LC/NC) Underwriting Workbench solutions and COTS Policy Administration System (PAS) implementations.
Combines strong Commercial and Specialty insurance domain knowledge with the executive presence to manage Underwriting Business Heads and IT key stakeholders across a complex program.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the overall program vision, roadmap, budget, and delivery for LC/NC Underwriting Workbench and COTS PAS implementations across Commercial and Specialty lines. Lead multiple concurrent workstreams and cross-functional teams (business, IT, vendors, integration partners), ensuring alignment to business outcomes.
Serve as the primary point of accountability to executive sponsors, Underwriting Business Heads, and IT leadership; manage expectations, escalations, and trade-off decisions.
Drive the LC/NC Workbench rollout and scaling strategy—new lines of business, geographies, users, and workflows.
Govern COTS PAS implementation (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco), including integration architecture, data migration, and cutover planning.
Establish program governance, KPIs, stage gates, risk/issue management, and reporting cadence.
Manage: –
Manage vendor relationships, SOWs, budgets, and delivery commitments. Align underwriting process transformation with technology delivery to realize measurable business value (speed, loss ratio, expense ratio, growth).
Mentor and lead program managers, BAs, and delivery leads.
