Title: ENGINEERING MANAGER / TECHNICAL JAVA LEAD SENIOR- 16+

Need have solid manager experience 

Cloud is Azure

Locals- Hybrid role

 

NEED TO HANDLE TEAM, PROJECT and HANDS ON CODING EXPERIENCE NEEDED ALONG WITH SOLID FINANCIAL EXP

 

• Strong experience in Capital Markets, preferably within Front Office/Trading platforms.
• Hands-on technical background in Java, with the ability to drive solution design and participate in technical discussions.
• Experience with Order Management Systems (OMS) and trade lifecycle workflows.
• Proven experience leading technical delivery teams and managing complex engineering programs.
• Strong understanding of application architecture, integration patterns, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Ability to engage effectively with both business stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• The ideal candidate should be a technically strong delivery leader who can work closely with the client, drive engineering discussions, mentor the team, and ensure successful project execution.
