Understanding of core CFO organization workflows, general ledger, and financial reporting. Should have knowledge about profitability and various financial risk models.

Commercial Lending:
Knowledge of loan origination, Loan servicing, portfolio management, and its data warehouse integration.

ETL & Testing experience:

ETL & Data Testing:
Strong skills in SQL/Teradata and Informatica for data validation and migration testing.

Good to have:

Scripting: Familiarity with Python to build and support testing scripts. Automation: Experience automating data pipelines, backend formats, and APIs.

QE Processes:

Hands-on experience working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.

Communication:

Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management: Experience presenting test results, risks, and quality metrics to leadership.
