Technical Project Manager/ Delivery Manager
Location: Iselin, NJ
Note: Need solid exp on the following Property & Casualty (P&C), Commercial Insurance, Specialty Insurance, or Reinsurance
Job Requirements:
20+ years of technical project management experience
Experience in Property & Casualty (P&C), Commercial Insurance, Specialty Insurance, or Reinsurance.
Experience in ReactJS
Hands-on delivery experience of Low-Code / No-Code platforms (e.g., Appian, Pega, SNOW App Engine)
Knowledge of Submission Management, Underwriting Workbench, Policy Administration Systems, and Insurance Operations.
Experience with platforms such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, OneShield, or similar insurance technologies.
Familiarity with cloud platforms AWS Preferred (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Experience with API integrations, microservices architecture, data platforms, and enterprise integration patterns.
Drive API-based integrations between policy administration, underwriting, claims, document management, and downstream systems.
Collaborate with solution architects and engineering teams to design scalable and integrated solutions.
Oversee
delivery of submission intake, workflow management, underwriting
workbench, policy creation, policy lifecycle management, and
integrations.
Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and data governance standards.
Establish quality gates and testing strategies, including SIT, UAT, and production readiness
