Job Description :

Required Skills & Experience

•           8+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years dedicated to ServiceNow architecture and development.

•           Deep expertise in the ServiceNow data model (CMDB, CSDM, Service Catalog), Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, ACLs, UI Policies, and Script Includes.

•           Proven experience designing and building custom scoped applications, including App Engine Studio, custom tables, workflows, and UI Builder/UI pages.

•           Strong JavaScript skills and experience with REST/SOAP integrations, IntegrationHub, and MID Server configurations.

•        Hands-on experience with GitHub (or similar source control) for ServiceNow development: branching strategies, merging, pull requests, conflict resolution, and version control best practices for scoped application migrations across instances.

•           Familiarity with ServiceNow’s native source control integration and CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and promotion between environments.

•           Experience architecting solutions across one or more ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps).

•           Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with business, development, security, and infrastructure teams.

•           Experience leading architecture reviews and mentoring developers and admins.

•           Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in matrixed, multi-team environments.

Certifications

Required

•           ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

•           Relevant ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications for modules in scope

Preferred

•           ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
