Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in CMDB, ITSM, and ITOM modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in real-time ServiceNow implementations, Discovery, Service Mapping, integrations, and CMDB health improvement.

 

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• Strong experience with CMDB, CSDM, Discovery & Service Mapping
• Hands-on experience in ITSM (Incident, Change, Problem, Request, Catalog)
• Strong knowledge of ITOM (Discovery, Event Management, Orchestration)
• Experience with JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub
• REST/SOAP API integrations
• Experience in ServiceNow upgrades and production support
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
