QUALIFICATIONS
Education
•Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Business
Analytics, or a related field required.
•Master's degree in a related discipline preferred.
Experience
systems analyst role with demonstrated ownership of a product backlog or data initiative.
•Proven experience designing, developing, and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines and data
transformation processes.
•Experience working within agile or hybrid project delivery frameworks.
•Experience in government, aviation, transportation, or other regulated industries preferred.
Licenses & Certifications
•Valid Florida Driver License required or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
•Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent agile certification preferred.
•Data-related certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics, Microsoft Certified: Azure Data
Engineer, dbt Certification) preferred.
